Deena: Time is running out! This pineapple is not going to stay fresh much longer!
Snookie: I don’t know? Who else can we ask? (Bishop walks by again and stops to talk)
Bishop: Hey, you girls haven’t happened to see a pineapple lying around here anywhere. I left one on the beach and I can’t seem to find it.
Deena: Bishop, are we glad to see you! (Deena hands him the pineapple. He checks it out while the girls collapse in a happy heap on the floor. Prop people move in two chairs for the girls to sit on. One has a news paper on it and the narrator begins.)
Narrator: One year later, we find our heroes again on a Friday night.
Snookie: Hey, there’s a new movie showing (looking at a paper, YW/YM walking by.)
Deena: What’s it called?
Snookie: Return of the pineapple. And the reviews say that it is virtuous, lovely, of good report and praiseworthy.
Deena: Let’s go see it. (They walk off stage.)
Song: “I can go the Distance” from Hercules.
Bishop: (Bishop comes out center stage, Pineapple in hand, sits down on the floor next to it and pats it on the head.)
Curtains close.
